Good morning, I'm trying to add Joomlamailer on my website ( www.sailingandtravel.it/joomla ), but in the signup module, when I try to subscribe, the "wheel" start turning, but the chargement never ends till I refresh the page. And the user is not added.

In the reports, I have this warning:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /web/htdocs/www.sailingandtravel.it/home/joomla/administrator/components/com_joomailermailchimpintegration/views/campaigns/view.html.php on line 280

Can you help me?

Hello,

Have you disabled the signup module on your page? I can't find it.

Have you sent any campaigns from your MailChimp account so far? If not this would explain the error message you get on the reports page.

Sorry, the module was disabled trying to reinstall...
I've just sent a Test Campaign, but nothing is changed...

Another thing, under that warning there's also this message:
The reports were last updated on 1970-01-01 01:00. Click here to refresh

But if I refresh, nothing changes...

The request of the signup module returns a 500 server error. There might be something wrong with the directory permissions. When you go in the backend to Help - System Info and then click on Directory Permissions. Does it show all folders as writable?

images/banners/
Cartella Log ($log_path) /web/htdocs/www.sailingandtravel.it/home/logs/

These folders are not relevant for joomlamailer. It must be something else. Can you send me a superadmin login and ftp credentials to your site? pete@freakedout.de
