Copy Templates was created by kenlyle
The easiest way to start a template is from an existing one. As of 1.3, I don't see a Copy in the templates list.

Just open it in the template editor, change the name and press save. This will create a copy of the selected template

That's super. Thanks.
It's just a little unlike the rest of Joomla, where there's a Copy in Articles, Modules, etc. - a very fine point, I realize.

Damn. I forgot this again. I was working with a client, and we got stuck on this editing issue.
