I disabled almost everything, all modules/plugins/components, but with the same result. The testsite only shows the reg-module and the homepagearticle and it still doesn't work

In this case it seems to be the template. Please change it to a default template (those that come with Joomla) and see if it works then.

You need to get in touch with the developers of that template about how to put it into noconflict mode.

I just downloaded joomlamailer and so far really impressed! I have a couple of questions though :-

1. I have three newsletters that I have created in mailchimp which appear in the joomla but the templates that I created in mailchimp do not appear and I have to recreate again. Is there any way that I can import the template from mailchimp into joomlamailer?

2. Also I have about 6 mailing groups under the list but joomlamailer does not seem to recognise these? How can I see them in joomlamailer?

Hello Gavin,

1. You can download your template in the MailChimp web interface as html file. You then have to edit the html file (add placeholders) in order to make it work with joomlamailer according to these instructions: www.joomlamailer.com/topic.html?id=274
Once you're done with adding placeholders you need to create a zip archive, which contains the template.html file and all pictures used in the template. This file can be uploaded in joomlamailer as a new template.

2. The "mailing groups" settings (actually called "interest groups") can be found when you go in joomlamailer to "Lists" and click on "Manage" in the column "Interest groups".
When you send a campaign in joomlamailer you can use these groups in the segmentation settings.

Hi - great component firstly. My only problem is that I've loaded my own template which works just fine (thanks for your tips and tricks , but I find that when working in my Editor (JCE), it occassionally strips any images and formatting I've inserted into the Intro and SideCol areas. This is before & during still just inserting these elements into my campaign and trying to preview them.

Any idea why its buggy? Or what I can/should be doing to help solve the problem?

Don't insert to Credits and don't send the e-mail. Inserted only
the Test addresses and the e-mail send only to tested e-mails
