joomlamailer version: 1.7
Joomla! version: 1.5.22
PHP-4.4.7

I need to know what to change to allow newsletter module to get past this error. I'm sure its something I haven't done.

Hey DKarner,
Are you sure that you use PHP 4.4? We don't support php4 anymore. Ask your hosting provider to upgrade you to php5.
With that said - what exactly were you trying to do?

This is an error message that appears in the module position after the ajax wheel completes.
I revisited the module and plugin and tried different settings to no avail. I completed the tasks in the backend. Not sure what to do next.

SOLVED! I went into my List management in MailChimp and noticed that three fields were tagged REQUIRED. Those field names "MMerge3" and "MMerge20" were coming up in the error section of my live site. So by deselecting the requireds on those fields, the module didn't have a conflict. Thanks for your desire to help, CompoJoom! Dave
