2 of my sites ar now running this (I discovered it 14 days ago).
However I have some issues. Made short: the subscribe button does not work. First I belived it to be related to the field names of the list, now I'm not so sure. I mde a module on the frontpage, but nothing happend when I clicked the subcribe button. Then I moved the module to a subpage, and now it works...

Any ideas?
Best regards
Morten

The reason why it doesn't work on your frontpage is a javascript error from another extension. This causes all following javascript to fail. I can't exactly trace the source of the error. It might be chronoforms.
Also I'd suggest a Joomla update since your version runs mootools 1.11 which was replaced by 1.12 way back.
Kind regards,
Pete

Thanks for the free product as well, but in my case the subscribe doesn't work is not due to the javascript extension error of another extension, but due to mootools. I've upgraded my mootools but IS STILL getting the addEvent not found error (see my other post). Any ideas why?
Desperate.

It seems to be working just fine on another website I use it on, so it is a bit perplexing. I don't know how to fix it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can give.

bloggen for some reason the mootools library isnt loaded on your site. I think your template does that. Which template are you using?
Grace, it's probably also your template which is unloading the mootools library. This would be one possible reason if you get the error "window.addEvent is not a function"
MMMedia, please post a link to your site. The setup seems to be complete if you see the spinning animation. There must be something else causing the error.
Kind regards,
Pete

I'm using a Rocket Theme template, have tried disabling other modules, and tried switching to a suckerfish rather than mootools menu.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
Solved - I hadn't selected email etc in the module configuration! Now working perfectly!

I was wondering if you could help me with the MailChimp Module on my Joomla 1.7. My Subscribe button doesn’t work and I think it could be related to a Javascript issue.
The website I am working on is globalreachministries.info/
Please let me know if you could help me.
Thanks,
