Postal Address Field missing in Sign up form was created by mark.crapper
I have a form in Mailchimp that works with a link on my site and shows the form in Mailchimp with all the fields that I have created and works well. But I want to use the Joomailer Mailchimp signup plugin as it looks and feels better then my ugly clumsy quick fix. I have the latest Joomailer update.
I can see the fields in form, but the Postal address field won't show up in the Newsletter signup. If I remove other items they are removed and if I leave only email address and Postal address I only get email address. If I put all fields back they all return, but still no Postal address fields?
I could use the Mailchimp signup plugin, but I have chosen to (as recommended) to give away something to get people to sign up for a newsletter. But I can't make the tick box a mandatory field so as to receive the free sample.
I look forward to your response

Hello Guys,
Sorry for the late response mark. Unfortunately the address fields are not supported in the current version. We'll do our best to address this issue in one of the next versions. Please bear with us.
Kind regards,
Pete

This module below works great with Joomla 1.5. It has no issues with my Artisteer Templates and also has the postal code feature is displayed. It also sends an email to the user once they sign up for the newsletter.
