[SOLVED] Spinning wheel, but no progress! was created by jadrake
I'm running J! 1.5.22 and am trying to get the signup module to work, to no avail.
The module appears, with email, Firstname and Lastname fields. It's linked to my mailchimp account, and the backend component appears fine.
When entering email, firstname and lastname, then clicking "subscribe" I get a spinning blue wheel, but no progress. I've left it for a while, and the wheel keeps spinning!

Any ideas?

Spend HOURS trying to figure this one out, finally checked server logs and discovered that the "modules" directory was set to 777 and should have been 755. All works fine now. Phew!
