Signup Module Not Registering Emails

Hi,

I registered with Mailchimp last week and created myself a list and a campaign and tested it and it works.

I then installed Community Builder and then MailChimp on my Joomla 2.5.9 site and provided it the API

I did not configure Community Builder in anyway, just installed and left it with defaults.

When a User puts their email into the field and clicks Subscribe I get a Gif which just shows and nothing ever happens!

1) I have tried to look through any support documentation and have found nothing.
2) The video which is supposed to show installation is not available
3) I have gone through 3 pages of forum posts looking for a similar problem like mine.
4) I have selected "Email Address" as the only field
5) I have tried switching to HTML or TEXT output and it makes no difference.
6) I have gone through SPAM just in case it is sending emails which I cannot read
7) I have tried multiple browsers
After looking through all of the above, I have decided to post here looking for some help.

Hi Genman,

The problem is caused by a wrong SEF url setup on your page. There should be no index.php in the URL if set up correct. We will supply a fix for this in the next update, which should be released within the next week.
