Compatibility with xhtml was created by Barlow

Is joomlamailer compatible with xhtml templates. I am using the cloudbase 2.0 on the Gantry framework. I am told by the developers of cloudbase 2.0 that the template is xhtml. Someone suggested that joomlamailer may only work with html 5 templates.

If this is not the case does anyone have any idea on what may be wrong. The sign up module shows and lets you input the details. It recognises the 'submit' button but when you press it nothing happens.

Please help!

Hello Mark,

If the submit button does not work you will have a javascript error on your page caused by another extension. This would break all following javascript. It has nothing to do with xhtml or html5.

If you can not figure it out yourself which component is causing it you can post a link and I will take a look.
