Having a few issues with the subscribe image..

It works/looks great on here:

www.newtoneentertainment.com.au/newsletter

But on my main page which uses the exact same module it does not use the custom image..

www.newtoneentertainment.com.au

Any ideas? I've looked for a template over ride but can't find one.. great script by the way!
