I don't get it. How is it I start a topic for help and another user jumps into my topic and gets help and I get ignored as if he initiated the topic and the topic was closed. I don't mind brandonjjon jumping in, but I still expect to receive assistance as I was before brandonjjon entered the topic.

Hello AJ,

I'm sorry to see you disappointed. That wasn't my intention. I asked for a link to your site and the only one who posted a link was brandonjjon. So I was able to help him. I can't tell from a screenshot what CSS settings are being applied. Furthermore I explained how to turn off the css that comes with joomlamailer. How to adapt your templates css settings to whatever elements on your site is beyond what our free joomlamailer support can deliver I'm afraid. If it's something easy I'm always willing to help but please don't expect this to be a basic CSS help desk.
