joomlamailer version:latest
Joomla! version:1.5.23
PHP version:latest
MySQL version:latest
I have read through the forum and tried all the suggestion listed and could not get the module to work right. I uninstalled and installed and still nothing.
It was working fine for months - I have this installed on multiple sites as well with no issues but something changed.
My client called me telling me that her client tried to use it and it wouldn't work that she just got the spinning wheel.
When I tested it I kept getting various errors - like FIRSTNAME error - when it was entered then I got the spinning wheel and then after testing now I only get submit that nothing happens to when clicked.
I turned on and off cache
I turned on and off each module to see if there was a conflict.
I changed settings within the module.
I emptied cache on browsers and on website
I updated the program after a while to the latest version.
I then uninstalled everything and reinstalled everything.
I turned off gzip in global and in JCE.
I can't even tell you where my settings are now since I messed with them for so long.
The website is www.healthypawsla.com
Help - I love this module and I want to continue to use but I have spent hours troubleshooting but now it's beyond me.
Thank you in advance.
Colleen

Hello Colleen,
That's strange. The console doesn't show any javascript errors and the jQuery noconflict mode was attempted to be enabled. It's not though. Have you installed the module mod_hot_newsflash recently? Please disable that module and see if the signup works.
Kind regards,
Pete

Hi Pete,
Thanks for looking. I just went in and turned off the mod_hot_newsflash and no change. I have had the Hot Newsflash and the Joomlamailer working together on the site for months now.
Is there anything I can check on with the server? Or do you have any ideas? This is indeed very strange!
Thank you
Colleen

Hi Colleen,
Do you have any idea what has been changed before the module stopped working? New extensions installed, moved servers etc.?
If you send me a superadmin account and ftp credentials I would be able to debug the error. pete@freakedout.de
