Hi,
i have installed joomlamailer on a website that is under construction. I am trying to use the signup module from the offline page. E-mails are sent and people are added to lists but the spinning ajax logo remains on the page. The error appears to be in mootools-core. I have tried the joomla version and the google version. Can you help ?

Hello R,

The problem is that some html code is injected into the AJAX response. This is a part of it: "<!-- www. Host 1Free.com Counter Code -->"
I have a feeling like you are using a free host which adds his own code to every single page. This way the AJAX response can't be interpreted correctly. You might want to talk to the host about that but as long as it's free they probably won't remove their code.

Hi,
thnx for the quick response. The hoster does insert ads into every page but this can be turned off in .htaccess file. All is now working fine. Great support for a great product!!!!!
