500 Server Error... Icon just spins

We have a newsletter signup on our page and it was working fine. Today when we went to test it, it was not working. I'm not sure how long it has not worked. The icon spins and through Google Developer Tools, I have the following error:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) www.p3proswing.com/site3/index.php?optio...=signup&form=raw

A while back, we turned on SEF urls and also URL Rewriting. So we do not, generally, see the index.php in our urls and I'm wondering if that is causing an issue.

The site is www.p3proswing.com and the Newsletter signup is in the footer.

Any help would be appreciated.

First of all, which joomlamailer version are you using?

500 Server Error can have many different reasons. You have to check the error log of your server to find out what exactly went wrong. Let me know what error you find there.
