Nothing is showing up in CB registration form
I'm stumped and need some guidance.
I'm running Joomla 1.5.22, Joomailer 1.5.3 and Community Builder 1.3.1.
I've spent hours today on this forum, CB's forum, MailChimp help and Google and I still can't get this to work
Joomailer is installed successfully and I see my lists and I sent a test campaign. CB registration is working. The Joomailer signup module is working. I have groups set up for my list in MC.
Three main problems:
1. I can't get the newsletter signup to show in the CB registration form.
2. I can't get the groups to show in the newsletter signup.
3. When I look at JM>Lists>Groups>Manage none of the groups are showing from MC, only the Group Title. If I go to create a new Group or Field for a List, only some of the CB fields are listed and unfortunately, none of the ones need. For instance my client wants to capture Company and Title on the newsletter signup. I have the fields setup in CB and they're on the registration form but they won't show up in JM.
Thanks.

I'm running Joomla 1.5.22, Joomailer 1.5.3 and Community Builder 1.3.1 I've just upgraded to Community Builder 1.3.1 from 1.2 Before the upgrade new users registered OK and now there is no newsletter registration checkbox automatically placed in the CB registration form. help welcome!
Thanks

Pete (dev at Joomailer) had emailed me that I should check whether I had configured CB to output HTML as <div> or <table>.
I had configured CB to use <div> and this is not currently supported by Joomailer. I changed the configuration to use <table> and I now have a subscribe checkbox for my newsletter in the CB registration form.
I'm still trying to figure a number of things out but I have stuff mostly working.
Cheers,
Herb

Is that a setting in CB 1.3.1 that wasn't there in CB1.2? Because that and an upgrade to Joomla 1.5.22 from 1.5.10 was all I changed.
Thanks

I'm a new CB user so I.3.1 is my first go at this.
If you look at the CB backend, Configuration>User Profile>Use new div or old table based views , the parameter is down toward the bottom of the page. Once I switched it back to tables the signup checkbox was visible in the CB registration page.
I did change it from table to div when I was setting up the component, preferring <div> structure to <table> for presentation so I believe <table> is the default.
Hope it works for you.

Thanks for that it's been an age since I configured the original CB. It was set to tables so that isn't the issue! On the positive side you have 1.3.1 and you have it working so I know it can work in 1.3.1 it's just not working in mine!
Thanks

Your welcome
Another thought, did you make sure the plugin, System - Joomailer Mailchimp Signup, is enabled? Also, make sure you select the Fields and Interest Groups you want displayed in the plugin parameters.
Good Luck!
