Fatal error: Class 'joomailerMCAPI' not found

Hi,

I am getting this error when activating the signup plugin: Fatal error: Class 'joomailerMCAPI' not found in /home/websites/www.bbmlive.com/wwwroot/plugins/system/joomailermailchimpsignup.php on line 984

It was actually working fine until I edited the joomailermailchimpsignup.php file. I wanted to change the text NEWSLETTERSIGNUP. There was another post on the forum that said to replace: JURI::root().'administrator'
with JPATH_ADMINISTRATOR on 2 lines of the file. I did this and the newsletter signup check box disappeared. When I changed the code back the check box still did not appear. So I reuploaded the original joomailermailchimpsignup.php file and am now getting this error.
Any help would be great.

The file seems to be corrupt. Please install the joomailer package again. During the installation choose the upgrade option to maintain all existing data. This should fix the error.

You don't need to edit the file manually anymore since this fix is included in the latest version. Just edit the language file located at: /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_system_joomailermailchimpsignup.ini
