Compatibility with Joomla 3.7 was created by pablotll
Hi, I don't know if there's a problem with joomla 3.7 but at least in my case this problem started with my upgrade to 3.7:
Before the upgrade, when I used the joomla core article list to include articles on my newsletter, the "read more" button would be created with a url like this: www.columnaperspectivas.com.mx/component...t/article.html?id=36 It wasn't exactly the SEF url you would get when visiting the same article from within the site but at least it worked.
Since I upgraded to 3.7, now all the urls of the "read more" button look like this:
www.columnaperspectivas.com.mx/index.php?id=61 which doesn't work. If you click that button you get the homepage.
Tried with different templates so it's not the template. Tried with different articles, old and new, and none work so it's not the new articles created with 3.7
I would appreciate any help you could give me.
Thank you.
Pablo T.

Hello Pablo,
Thank you for reporting this issue. Apparently the SEF routing changed in Joomla 3.7 which caused the SEF Url not to be created correctly for articles without menu item pointing directly to them. We will include a fix in the next version.
Best regards,
Pete
