Virtuemart Field Merge not showing all options was created by Yobokkie

Thanks for the great component, it is really comprehensive. I'm just having a bit of a problem when trying to merge the fields between a list and my virtuemart shopper fields.
In the drop down to select a field to match, only the email, title, country and state fields are showing up, even though the virtuemart registration has many other fields including the clients name, business name and other such details.
Am I doing something wrong, or is there some other way of getting all the fields to show up?

I am running Joomla 3 and VM 3.
