Newsletter Archive not working was created by Hisslink

When I click on one of the newsletters in my archive on the frontend, only a blank pop-up shows. It seems the link is wrong, because it is different from the URL of the preview in the backend. How do I solve this?

Hello Hisslink,

The frontend newsletter archive links directly to the web version hosted by MailChimp. It is not the same as the newsletter preview you can access from the admin interface.

Maybe you have limited access to your campaign archive in MailChimp. Please take a look at this knowledge base article: kb.mailchimp.com/campaigns/archives/turn...it-campaign-archives
