issue with joomla 3.1.5 when installing was created by makman

i uploaded the component and it gave me an install and upgrade button i tried clicking the install since this is the first time and it gave me a [ JHtmlBehavior::tabstate not found. ] i tried the upgrade and same thing , dose anyone know what dose that mean ?

Hello makman,

Please update your Joomla installation. The current version is 3.3.6 and since 3.1.5 there have been several security fixes including high priority. Also, after the upgrade Joomlamailer will work. You don't need to install it again.
