Hi!
All of a sudden the Joomlamailer interface will not accept the API key from Mail Chimp. The main screen is asking us to create an account with Mail Chimp. All our past settings have disappeared as well.

Admittedly we have recently gone onto a new server but I don't think this would have caused this.

We are trying to send out a newsletter - help!!!

I have realised that it was my server that was blocking the connection. I have had to deactivate restrictions on all outgoing connections - not sure if that is a safe thing to do but I had no choice.
