Saving Campaign

We are getting the following dialog after saving a campaign. Everything works fine in the setup and preview. I have masked some of the code that refers to our site for privacy on this issue. It seems like it is saying that there is no database linked to it. We have no lists except a few names in the contacts. Do we need to add more names to the list or is it an issue with Mailchimp? Any suggestions on what might be triggering this would be appreciated..
