Can't Create a Campaign, White Screen Comes Up was created by suiteevents

joomlamailer version: 1.7.2
Joomla! version: 1.5.23
PHP version: 5.3.3
MySQL version:

When I click 'Create Campaign' I get a white background with a simple form and some words, but no option to 'save' or 'create' anything. I have tried to upload a screenshot, but I get a forbidden/flooding message and it won't let me upload it.
