Hello, firstly thanks for this amazing component.

I installed it and created a mailchimp account. All settings are ok. (api, plugins etc)
i created a list and campaign.
Joomla! administrator home page is very slow because of joomlamailer module. I disabled it and it turned to normal.
Also list, campaign, report and dashboard pages are extremely slow. :(

Second problem;
i tried to send a campaign to my list. It says "sent" but my free credit is same, campaign's status is "sent", test mail sent but the mail not sent to list members. Why?

Thanks in advance.
Best regards.

Hello,

Which datacenter are you using? (What does it say at the end of your api key, for example -us2). MailChimp was having problems with the connectivity and response times of datacenter 2. That could be the reason why your site is behaving slow at the moment. I know the chimps are working hard to get this problem solved, but I can't say when it will be fixed as I don't have any insights on those things.

Kind regards,
Pete

Yes it's us2... Is it possible to take another key from another datacenter?

Thanks a lot.

Unfortunately you can't use a different datacenter. But I think the problem should be resolved by now. Usually the chimps are very quick in fixing problems.

Kind regards,
Pete
