Hi Pete,

after a successful installation yesterday my backend today is awfully slow and the API key seems to be wrong.
Any ideas what could have been happened?

Thanks.

Greetings

I have two websites that are connected to two different mailchimp accounts and they both having the same issue. I upgraded to 1.7.2 last week so I do not know what is now causing all this problem. But I can't do anything anymore. I need to send out a newsletter today!

I'm not sure why it would stop working all of a sudden except there is a connection problem between your server and the MailChimp API.

If you send me a superadmin login and ftp credentials I can take a closer look at it to find out at which point it's failing. pete@freakedout.de

Kind regards,

Are you using datacenter 2? (At the end of your API key, does it say "-us2" ?) MailChimp had some servers running hot in dc2 after their software upgrade yesterday. This was most likely the reason for the connection problems. It should be back to normal by now.

Kind regards,
Pete
