Unable to connect to SugarCRM! Possibly invalid login credentials. Ple was created by refreshedit
joomlamailer version: 1.7
Joomla! version: 1.5
PHP version: 5.2.17

I am having issues linking to Sugar CRM Community edition, installed on my server. I have entered the URL without trailing slash or index.php etc.. U. P. are correct and tested to work. Unsure why I am unable to link to Jomlamailer.

Hello refreshedit,

The sugarCRM API connection requires cURL being enabled on your server. You can check if it's enabled by going in the Joomla backend to Help - System info and then clicking on PHP information. There must be a paragraph "curl" and it must say "cURL support" enabled. If that is not the case the sugarCRM connection won't work. You need to get in touch with your host to have curl enabled.
