Hi, when starting a new campaign or editing a old one, the WYSWYG editor does not seem to function. I try to put my cursor there to enter something and it won´t take it.

It also does not seem to save very well, the thing just keeps loading and loading.

Any help with that ?

Hi freelanceme,

Are you using Chrome by any chance? It's a known bug of the tinyMCE editor that it doesn't work properly with Chrome. Please try if it works in Firefox or another browser.

Hi,

thanks for the reply. I thought it might have something to do with Chrome so I tried it on IE as well, but had the same problem. I´ll try it on Firefox as well, but in case that doesn´t go eiter, any way to change the editor ?

I am having this same problem. I am using Safari on the Mac. It works on one of my websites, but not the latest website I installed this component on. In addition to not being able to put text into the editor, I cannot add pictures and the next and previous page buttons do nothing.

I'm wondering if this is a permissions problem as I can't enter anything in the text editor and trying to move to next page at bottom of screen does nothing. Any ideas? Which permissions should be set and what to?
