Alright, in other words: Do you have K2, JomSocial, AEC, Ambra subscriptions or Virtuemart installed? How many items do you have roughly in each of the installed components (for example how many products in Virtuemart)?

I don't have anything like Virtuemart. I've listed some of the other components I have which may be relevant...

The site has just gone into 500 internal error state. Would that be you as the site is busy at the moment?

No. I haven't done anything on your site yet. Please take a look at the error logs. They should tell you why it's throwing the error.

Has anybody found a solution for this - I have downloaded the MCAPI.zip file further up in this post but it didn't solve the problem - I have uninstalled and reinstalled three different times and still no progress - I have tried in two seperate browsers IE and Firefox... I have researched the web and still haven't managed to get this to work!

I am using Joomla 1.5.23 and the latest download of Joomlamailer

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hello efaithdemo,

The change from the zip file further up this thread is already included in the latest version 1.7.2. It must be something else causing this error on your site.
Please send me a superadmin login and ftp credentials to your site and I'll look into it. pete@freakedout.de

Hi.
My Joomla site has also lost connection with MailChimp and have the 'API key incorrect' error in the component dashboard.

I've have tried the changes given in this thread with no luck. Just now I uninstalled the component and installed anew (not upgrade) but no change.

I notice my back-end (Admin) is much faster with Joomlamailer disabled. I was getting regular whiteout and reloading frequently.

Be grateful for any updates on this issue with my site. Many thanks
