Hello jbamba,

joomlamailer does not work on PHP4. PHP 5.0 was released in 2004. I really don't understand why there are hosts still using it or offering it as an option.
Please ask your host to upgrade your PHP version to a more recent version.

Does it work now? If you have PHP 5.x now this error should be gone.
