We can't display any different data about your account than what we are receiving via the MailChimp API and in your case it says that the account is not approved. I have entered our API key on your server and it shows 'approved' = 'yes' so it definitely has to do with your account.
However, you really shouldn't bother about this. As I explained before it does not affect joomlamailer in any way and if the MailChimp support assured you that the account is in fact approved then I don't see the slightest problem.
About the templates. I figured out that the ~ in your URL is causing the templates not to be processed correctly. That's the reason that your header logo didn't show up.
Apart from that most email clients do not load images automatically. That means you will see "My company" until you click "Show remote content" in your email client (might be called different).
MailChimp does send out campaign tests immediately. If it takes a while to arrive it has most likely to do with the email provider. I also have a mail account where emails take a while to come in and on another account from a different provider they arrive instantly.
Kind regards,
Pete

Joomla! version: 1.5.15
PHP version: ?
MySQL version: ?
I just recently installed joomlamailer and installed it onto our Joomla site and all is functional and loving it.
I only have 1 question and it's "Why on my site does the SUBSCRIBE button is saying "JM_SUBSCRIBE"
Would you happen to know why it is or how to fix it? (Screenshot attached)
Thanks,
victoryrock

The language file seems to be missing or is not found. What language is your site set to?
Also, you need to upgrade your Joomla version. 1.5.15 is really old.
Kind regards,
Pete

Joomla! version: 1.6.3
PHP version: 5.2.15
MySQL version: 5.1.52
Hi,
Thanks for a great extension! However, I'm having trouble getting it to work 100%. During installation, I get this error:
JFolder:: delete: Path is not a folder. Path: /home/dbloom/public_html/v2/administrator/components/com_joomlamailchimipintegration/extensions
... though right underneath it says "Installing component was successful." See screen capture below.
Then, when I click Install or Upgrade, I get another error:
Warning: constant() [function.constant]: Couldn't find constant JPATH_ in /home/dbloom/public_html/v2/libraries/joomla/installer/adapters/module.php on line 74
I'm able to connect to my Mailchimp account successfully, but one problem I've noticed right away is that even though I've enabled the plugin, the checkbox doesn't appear on my registration page. I disabled template overrides and still no luck. Presumably it has something to do with the errors above?
Any suggestions would be appreciated...
Thanks!
Chris
P.S. I saw in another thread that Akeeba Backup can cause installation problems, but I haven't installed Akeeba on this site yet.

That's strange. the extensions shouldn't be deleted before you press the install or upgrade buttons. I need to look into that why it might happen.
The JPATH_ error doesn't cause any harm and will be fixed in the next version.
You say you have enabled the signup plugin. I suppose you have also selected a list in the plugin config? If that is the case it has probably todo with your template. We're refactoring the signup plugin at the moment to enhance compatibility. Please bear with us.

From the plugin's tool tip, it sounds like the list names should be visible in the plugin's Basic Options section (i.e. "Select a list to which new users will be assigned") but the field is empty, so I tried typing the name of my default list - no luck... I also tried leaving it blank as well as entering the number of the list (i.e. 1) .
Re: the template, I'm using one based on the Gantry framework but I also tried using the "Bees2" template which comes bundled with Joomla 1.6, yet still no sign of the plugin on the registration page. Let me know if you'd like me to send you create a Super Admin account for you if you'd like to troubleshoot further...
Thanks for your help

P.P.S. The link on your home page for the registration video is wrong - it points to the module configuration video
