Newsletter preveiw only shows my 404 page was created by Op2mist
Hello,
I just installed com_joomlamailermailchimpintegration_v1.6.1 and the install went easy peeasy! I was creating a test campaign and love all of the features. I have run into an issue though while creating my test newsletter. I went through main settings, content, sidebar and decided to take a look at the preview. Unfortunately all I see in the preview window is my 404 page.
So, like any responsible noob I went digging for answers in the forums. I tried the solutions in this one ( www.joomlamailer.com/topic.html?id=76 ) basically, the template files are installed as well as the renamed versions with "CB" in front of them. That didn't solve my issue. I have attached an image for reference. Then I found ( www.joomlamailer.com/topic.html?id=146 ) no luck either.
I knew those were long shots because they don't mention a 404 issue on preview but hey its worth a try. Just for giggles and grins I decided to send a test email to myself to see if maybe it was just a conflict within the preview but I got this message " Invalid HTML content! (The HTTP server returned error code "401". Only a 2xx response is acceptable.)" and thought it might help getting to the root of the issue.
Help me Obe Won Kenobe your my only hope......

Hello Op2mist,
There are multiple possible reasons for this. For example joomlamailer can't write files or the paths to the files are not created correctly. Have you enabled the ftp layer in the global configuration? Would you mind to send me a superadmin login to your site?
Kind regards,
Pete

Hi Pete,
This got put on a shelf for a bit but we would like to use this service. I did enable the ftp ;ayer in the global config which gave me a different error message “JFTP::write: Bad response”. I also received “Campaign Invalid Content” which is strange because I used the K2 feature to select the articles I want to showcase.
I can give you access if you would like to help me out with this. Thanks

Hello and wb
Please send a superadmin login and ftp credentials to pete@freakedout.de and I'll take a look why it doesn't work. As I pointed out before most likely joomlamailer isn't able to write files for some reason.
Kind regards,
Pete
