Mootools issue? Really want this to work ;)

-LOVE the idea of your mailchimp integration tool...(and the price)... if only I could make it work. I'm running a YooTheme template (called Explorer). The Joomailer package installed without issue. API key is in, I configured campaign & newsletter template (via mailchimp site) but Joomailer can't find my campaign (yes I chose the right dropdowns in control panel). It does find my mailing list, though, so it is finding my account? In Explorer, when I try to create a campaign (from Joomailer>mailchimp) browser hangs & then crashes. Errors in Firefox. Also, my 'subscribe' button on the front-end of my site doesn't do anything.
I've read posts in this forum suggesting a Mootools issue... but I'll be honest -- I don't know what to do with that info. Since Mootools is a core feature... how do I check to be sure it's there/running/etc? I see mootools "upgrades" or other extensions on the JED, but I still don't know how to solve this issue. sorry. I've been able to muddle through several Joomla sites without issue, but this has me frustrated.
demo site: www.carneycreativegroup.com/atail subscribe is in the "Parent's Corner" area. I'll turn debug on.
Thanks for any help you can offer!

Hello chillicarney,

You must select at least the "Email" field in the signup module configuration. Otherwise people can't sign up to your newsletter.
There are some javascript errors on your page but I think it will work when you select the email field to show up.

Which IE version were you using?
What are the error messages that you see in FIrefox?

Kind regards,
Pete

Thank you Pete -- that worked for subscribing... I didn't realize the fields had to be highlighted & then saved in the module... my bad.
I'm still having troubles with the admin interface though -- when I try to edit a template's color or font in Newsletter>Edit Template, I am unable to save or apply the changes. Explorer just freezes & I have to close the window. Firefox doesn't freeze, but when I click 'apply' to save the changes, nothing happens. "Save" just takes me back to the saved templates, but doesn't change the one I edited. It's most likely a java issue, but I'm not sure what to do. I've deactivated a number of extensions to try to find the issue but I'm just going in circles... do you have any suggestions?

Ok, we're one step further. In the next version the email field will be mandatory so we avoid this confusion.

Which version of Internet Explorer are you using?
Would it be possible that you send me a superadmin login to your site? Then I can check which errors cause the template editor to fail. pete@freakedout.de
FYI "Apply" in the editor does only apply the settings to the preview. It doesn't store anything. The template gets stored after you press the "Save" button. At least thats how it should be :P

Hi Pete. I did send you my SuperAdmin login info yesterday via e-mail. I disabled a few extensions that may have been causing Java errors (RokBox and some others). Now I'm getting Internal Server error when trying to save a new campaign, or modify (& save) template modifications:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache mod_fcgid/2.3.6 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at carneycreativegroup.com Port 80

I hope you have some suggestions. Thanks in advance.
