I am facing some difficulties with hyperlinks in my template, they are all preceded with the url of the backend of my website.

For instance:
I include a link in the template to move back to the top of a newsletter "Back to top" with a link
Code:
<a href="#top">

This is a link to a anchor at the top of the template
Code:
<a name="top">

When I send the message the link is translated into
Code:
https://mydomain/administrator/components/com_joomailermailchimpintegration/templates/mytemplate/#top

It looks like the component prepends all links with a link to the template. Also other links in my messages are prepended with this.

Hi adminbe,

Thanks for the link, it is a nice overview of the challenging world of email newsletters ;)

This type of anchor link is indeed supported in quite a lot of email clients (and not supported in others). I try to take care of all the differences in email clients, too bad Joomailer cannot handle anchors that are set in the template like Mailchimp can.

Cheers,
Jochem
