Which browser are you using? There might also be a conflict with another extension you have installed. Do you get any javascript errors when you open the template editor? What happens after you upload a new header graphic?

Pete: as soon as you click on anything in the EDIT TEMPLATE screen, it freezes. Also I dont see an UPLOAD-type button to bring in a jpg.

We are using IE 8 and YES there is a JAVA script error.
