Hi Guys

my facebook account that I need to enter is a company profile. The only way we can access the account is through my own facebook profile, which mailchimp tries to make my profile the link. I have entered www.facebook.com/pages/Purewellness/122146554471455 and joomailer or mailchimp changed it to this.

http%252525252525252525252F%252525252525252525252Fwww.facebook.com%252525252525252525252Fpages%252525252525252525252FPurewellness%252525252525252525252F122146554471455

I keep replacing it and it keeps getting changed back. please advise as to what i am doing wrong, thanks

Hi Mark,

Where do you see this link? In the preview when creating a campaign, in the preview after you saved the campaign or after sending the campaign / campaign test?

Hi Pete

This link is in the email newsletter, which I have emailed to you. When I enter the settings for the campaign, I go to my Joomla login then to components/newsletters/campaign/sidebar there at the bottom is the Facebook link. I copy and paste the Facebook link as requested it states that the full URL is required. I then click preview and also if i send it as a test email I get the same unclickable link. it doesn't happen with twitter.

Hi Guys
I note that you have marked my post as Disabled for Public posting, Is there a reason for this? are you waiting on more info from me?

Hi Mark,

Disabled for public posting means that you have to be logged in to post. It's always been like that.

However, I wasn't able to reproduce the error you describe. Neither on our test servers nor on your server. I entered the very same link you posted in this thread and it came out fine. Which browser were you using? I'm using Firefox 3.6.13.

Kind regards,
Pete
