experiencing issues with autoresponder was created by elspeth321
Hi
I am experiencing issues with the autoresponder with mailchimp. I've set up emails based on either sign up date or a predefined date included in the list but in either case, no emails get sent.
Can I view or edit an autoresponder once it has been set up?
If I can't edit an autoresponder, can I deactivate it without deleting it -e.g. in the future, I would prefer not to delete tracking data just because I need to update content of an autoresponder.
If I set the autoresponder email to move to a new folder at the time of sending, I get the error 'invalid folder'. If I move an autoresponder into a folder and then try to sent it I get the same error message. This error doesn't occur if I send from 'undefined' folder however, as stated above, I don't seem to be successfully getting any emails out.
I am unable to identify which list an autoresponder email is configured for once it has been sent and because I cant seem to put them into subfolders, this makes organisation quite difficult as I keep multiple lists which need some overlapping autoresponders.
hoping for any help possible as need to get these set up ASAP and was hoping to be able to do it all via joomailer rather than bringing all the content across from joomla to mailchimp manually.
thanks
Elspeth

Having a similar problem, but I can't delete or edit the campaign I designated an autoresponder.
I made a test campaign an autoresponder just as a test, and now I can't even delete it because it's showing up in the sent column. I set it to send at the end of the month, so luckily no one should be getting this email, but I'd like to at least deactivate it if not delete it completely if possible.

Hi,
We will add buttons in version 1.7.1 to pause, resume and delete autoresponders. At the moment you can't use folders with autoresponders unfortunately. This will be fixed in one of the next versions.
Kind regards,
Pete
