I get HTTP 401 error?
Invalid HTML content! (The HTTP server returned error code "401". Only a 2xx response is acceptable.)
I'm using Xampp server (on windows) for testing, and in joomla global configurations in mailer settings, i'm using gmail smtp server. Before this component i used vemod newsletter and everything worked normally, but i started using k2 component and i needed a new newsmailer, so i have read the reviews and this newsmailer according to users reviews is great.
Help me please it's urgent and sorry for my bad english

The reason of that message is that the MailChimp servers can not connect to your website to read the newsletter file. Please try it on a webserver and not on your localhost (xampp).
Kind regards,
Pete

I get the same error * Invalid HTML content! (The HTTP server returned error code "401". Only a 2xx response is acceptable.) but I'm in a live server with Linux. Could it be because this website is protected by login and password?
Thanks for your help

Yes, that's most likely the reason. Please remove the password protection and try it again. It should work then.
Kind regards,
Pete

That sounds like independent errors. Which browser are you using? If you're using chrome please give it a try in firefox. Chrome has known problems with wyisiwyg editors.
Could you send a superadmin login and ftp credentials to pete@freakedout.de ? Then I could take a closer look at it.
Kind regards,
Pete
