Problem putting in API Key was created by devans
I am just trying to get Joomailer set up. However, when I go to Step 3 - to input my API key, I cannot put any information in the form. All I am getting is an image and no form box to put the information into.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I am clicking on the step 3 and it says to put the API key in the form. So I'm not sure if it is something I'm doing or what' sgoing on here.
Any ideas?

Hello devans,
Strange thing. Which browser and operating system are you using?
You can also enter the API key by clicking on parameters (top right).
Kind regards,
Pete

I have tried both Firefox & IE. Same with both.
Maybe I am at the wrong place. I see nothing that says parameters. I am ready to just try something else. If this is so frustrating just to set up I am afraid I won't have any luck with it once I am ready to send newsletters.

Hm. There should be an Icon in the toolbar which says Parameters right underneath. Im not sure why it doesnt show up on your site and what could prevent something to be entered in an ordinary input field. There is actually nothing fancy about it.
