How can I get a subscribe link on my website? was created by lhumphrey

On the bottom of your home page there is :

"Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of new features, fixes and new releases. Sign up now!"

I have been downloading modules into Joomla and even the Joomailer plug-in but can not figure out how to get a link or choose where to place it?

Please help!!

Hi,

The plugin allows for users to signup to your newsletter during the registration process. So when they are registering they can check the checkbox that says "Signup to our newsletter". They can also signup later by going to their user profile.

The link you see on our site was simply inserted inside a custom module. The link was obtained from the mailchimp site.

To create a custom module, simply go to modules in your admin interface and select "new", input your module content (in this case the signup link) and then assign the module to a position and save.
