Parameters Not Showing!

Hi,

I'm new to MailChimp and to Joomailer, but it looks like it will be wonderful once I get everything working! My problem is when I click on the Parameters button, only a blank, white page pops up in the little window with the "X" in the right corner. No parameters are shown! What do I need to do to be able to see them?

jackibar,

I'm sure one of the development team members will be quick to answer your issue but to give them a head start, can you enable Error Reporting within your global configuration > server settings to 'maximum', then retry opening the parameters icon and note any error that is defined there, then paste it back in this post.

Okay, did that and it says:

Fatal error: Class 'ConfigControllerComponent' not found in /home/jackibar/public_html/rptworship/administrator/components/com_config/admin.config.php on line 39

And actually, I found out this is happening across the board on my site for Parameters that open in a pop-up window... So it's not a Joomailer issue, but if you know how to fix this, that would be great!

Check if this file exists and is not empty: administrator/components/com_config/controllers/component.php

Hi,

It definitely should not be empty. Check what Joomla version you are using, download the package and replace the empty file with the one from the package.
