Problem: Same Template Name- Sends MailChimp Template, not Joomailer

I have a couple of problems, one seems to be due that my site is stuck in Legacy at the moment.

The main one is that I get my Joomailer template all doctored up, and beyootiful, the template is called ots1, and I try to send it, and there's a MailChimp template called ots1, which has only the generic Main Heading, and "insert your text here", but I receive the latter.

The nuisance is that MailChimp has a decent online designer, which is easier than firing up Dreamweaver or something, so it's tempting (I think I did this) to just download the template, and upload it to Joomailer. The other nuisance, btw, is that MC downloads index.html, but Joomailer wants the template to be called template.html.

So I guess I could rename one of my templates maybe to avoid the conflict, but this whole thing seems just a little bit stupid. It seems that I should be able to bounce back and forth between the MailChimp designer and Joomailer more cleanly. I am sure it has something to do with limitations in the API, and not enough merge codes, and trying to make it simple for the user. Maybe in some Advanced Mode, we can create a {Joomailer Articles} and {Joomailer Sidebar} type tags and just use the MailChimp templates with those merge codes rather than having this clumsy redundancy. Or maybe I am just failing to understand something- please clue me in.

Anyway, for now maybe you can override, or create a new template and then delete it after the send, if a name collision is detected?
