[Solved] User_InvalidAction

[Solved] User_InvalidAction was created by kenlyle
I imported 700 contacts to a free MailChimp account, so maybe things are a little dodgy. I tried sending a test to my test list, and got this error. Not sure what to make of it. I sent a test from a different campaign earlier, so apparently, the account itself is active.

With a free account you are only allowed to send to lists with less than 501 recipients. In fact you can import more users to the list but it will throw an error as soon as you try to send a campaign to that list. But in this case the error message would be 'User_CannotSendCampaign'.
Did you get an email from compliance@mailchimp.com after that error message appeared? What did it say?

Ah, it's a little messy. I'd put in the client's email when I created the account. I'll wait for him to upgrade, and report back.
I'm impressed to see that you have already encountered this particular quirk of the MailChimp pricing structure.
