That is unfortunate, but you can still use any of their tags www.mailchimp.com/resources/merge/ inside your content area. So you can still address individual users for example.

Turns out there was a password on that directory. Turned it off and all is well now. Thanks again guys......

Hi

First off all i would just like to say what an excellent solutuion this truly is....

However the issue raised in his topic is an issue we have also idnetified, we are ensuring that the test email we sent is attached to a list, and there is no password attached to our htaacess file.

Is this something that will be resolved in the future and if so how quickly?

I believe so, as the latest update has remved the issue which generates the issue i.e.Merge tag within the subject line.
