Hello Rudy,

Do you have a password protection on your administrator folder?

Yes. When you send a campaign off MailChimp needs to read a html file in the archive folder. This folder is located by default inside the administrator folder. You need to create a folder in your Joomla root directory and name it for example "archive". Then open the Parameters in joomlamailer and change the archive folder to point to the new folder. (Also copy all contents from the old to the new folder.) This should fix the invalid content error.

Kind regards,
Pete

In the joomlamailer parameters is a setting "Archive Directory" which tells you the path to the archive folder. By default it's "/administrator/components/com_joomailermailchimpintegration/archive".

Hi KiteSurfer,

Please create a .htaccess file in the folder /administrator/components/com_joomailermailchimpintegration/templates/
with the following content:

Order Deny,Allow
Allow from all
Satisfy any

This should fix the problem. Let me know how it works.

Kind regards,
Pete

Hi Pete,

I have also tried both fixes but am still getting the error message. I have noticed when I create a campaign I get this error message:
Warning: mysql_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in .....path to mysql.php file

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Just an update, I upgraded to the latest version 1.7.2 and no Warning message about the mysql.php file but now I receive this message when trying to send a test campaign:

Invalid content! (The HTTP server returned an error code. Only a 2xx response is acceptable.)

cheers
