Not a problem...

OK Plugin and module is now enabled on site.
Looks OK, did not ask for credentials when I went to the website, will monitor it over the next few hours to see is I get any emails saying people can not log on. Thanks again for the prompt service

Hi,

Great plugin, thanks.
I have installed today and I have exactly the same issue.
I would love to use the signup module but it asks the access I have setup in htaccess for adminitrator side.

Could you please send me information about how to correct the issue or correct the installation package?

Developer fixed it for me, they had to change some coding behind the scenes, I suggest you contact them as I do not know what they did but they fixed it.

Hello David,

You need to create a .htaccess file in the following directory:

/administrator/components/com_joomailermailchimpintegration/libraries/MCAPI.class.php

It must contain this code:

Order Deny,Allow
Allow from all
Satisfy any

This should stop the authentication popup. It will be fixed in the next version.

I have added the .htaccess file in the specified folder but it is unfortunately still not working

/administrator/components/com_joomailermailchimpintegration/libraries/

I have still the authentication popup displayed

I'm not sure why it's still asking for the login credentials. Would you mind to send me ftp credentials and a link to your site? Then I would fix the issue for you.
